Our pools are engineered for unmatched strength and durability. Built with a robust seven-layer construction, each fibreglass shell is designed to handle the test of time and the elements. Every layer has a purpose – working together to give you a pool that’s tough, reliable, and built to last.
Layer 1
Interior Surface Finish
Our pools feature a high-performance gelcoat enhanced with Advanced Pool Colour Technology. This finish offers outstanding resistance to UV rays and pool chemicals, ensuring your pool surface stays vibrant and protected for the long term. With an optional lifetime interior surface guarantee, you’re investing in both beauty and durability backed by the latest colour technology available.
Layer 2
Anti-Corrosion Barrier
This layer uses premium Vinyl Ester resin to create a tough barrier that locks in durability. It bonds seamlessly to the Advanced Pool Colour Technology layer while delivering exceptional resistance to water and chemicals. The result is maximum protection against corrosion and long-term structural reliability.
Layer 3
First Structural & Additional Chemical Resistant Layer
This stage combines premium Vinyl Ester resin with advanced JUSHI E6-CR glass fibre. Together, they deliver superior reinforcement to the laminate, boosting both corrosion resistance and structural strength for a tougher, longer-lasting pool shell.
Layer 4
Kevlar Coping System Layer
Consists of our World-first patent pending Advanced Kevlar® Coping System, combined with a third layer of the highest quality Vinyl Ester resin. “5 times stronger than steel”.
Layer 5
Second Structural Layer
An extra layer of premium Polyester resin combined with JUSHI E6-CR glass fibre, strategically applied to reinforce key structural areas of the pool shell. Built without fillers, it ensures maximum strength where it’s needed most.
Layer 6
Reinforcement Layer
This layer features a Klegecell/Divinycell sandwich core, the same advanced material trusted in luxury yachts and Formula 1 racing boats. Renowned worldwide for its superior performance, it delivers outstanding strength and rigidity to the pool’s structure.
Layer 7
Outer Sealer Coat
The final layer applies a smooth, high-gloss finish using premium waxed Polyester resin. This outer coating safeguards all underlying layers, ensuring long-lasting protection and a sleek appearance.
Vinyl Ester Resin
Vinyl Ester resin is regarded as the premium choice for swimming pool construction, offering exceptional resistance to osmosis, heat, corrosion, and water damage. It is also significantly more costly- around twice the price of standard resin alternatives. Our Pools incorporates three dedicated layers of Vinyl Ester resin into every pool build, ensuring superior durability, greater strength, and long-term protection.

New Generation High Performance Fibreglass
JUSHI E6-CR GLASS FIBRE
Is a High-performance environment-friendly glass fibre that replaces mainstream E glass fibre. JUSHI E6-CR is a new E-glass fibre with enhanced properties. It combines all the benefits of E-glass fibre with technical breakthroughs in strength, modulus, temperature resistance and acid corrosion resistance, thus meeting the requirements of the most demanding applications.
